บทคัดย่อ
โรคหัวใจและหลอดเลือดเป็นสาเหตุการเสียชีวิตอันดับต้นๆ ของโลก โดยมีไขมันในเลือดสูงโดยเฉพาะ LDL-C และ Lipoprotein(a) เป็นปัจจัยเสี่ยงสำคัญ การควบคุมระดับไขมันในเลือดอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพเป็นกลยุทธ์หลักในการป้องกันโรคหัวใจ ยาลดไขมันชนิดรับประทาน เช่น statins และ ezetimibe เป็นมาตรฐานการรักษา แต่ยังมีข้อจำกัดในกลุ่มผู้ป่วยที่ตอบสนองไม่ดี หรือมีความเสี่ยงสูง ยาลดไขมันในเลือดชนิดฉีด โดยเฉพาะ PCSK9 inhibitors และ inclisiran จึงเป็นทางเลือกใหม่ที่มี ประสิทธิภาพสูง ลดระดับ LDL-C ได้อย่างต่อเนื่อง และอาจมีประโยชน์เชิงระบบสุขภาพในระยะยาว บทความนี้สรุปกลไกการออกฤทธิ์ ประสิทธิภาพทางคลินิก แนวโน้มการนำไปใช้ในระดับสาธารณสุข และแนวทางการเบิกจ่ายตามสิทธิประโยชน์ ของรัฐ พร้อมอ้างอิงงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง
