การพัฒนาเครื่องมือแบบสอบถามความผูกพันของมารดาต่อทารกแรกเกิด สำหรับมารดาที่คลอดบุตรและรักษาในหอผู้ป่วยวิกฤตทารกแรกเกิด

บทคัดย่อ
การศึกษานี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพัฒนา มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาแบบสอบถามความผูกพันของมารดาต่อทารกแรกเกิด (Mother-to-Infant Attachment Questionnaire: MIAQ) และศึกษาความเหมาะสมรวมถึงคุณสมบัติเบื้องต้นของเครื่องมือ สำหรับใช้ประเมินระดับความผูกพันของมารดาที่คลอดบุตรและมีทารกแรกเกิดเข้ารับการรักษาในหอผู้ป่วยวิกฤตทารกแรกเกิด (NICU) การดำเนินการวิจัยแบ่งเป็น 2 ขั้นตอน ได้แก่ (1) การพัฒนาแบบสอบถามและตรวจสอบความตรงเชิงเนื้อหา โดย ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ 5 คน และ (2) การทดสอบคุณภาพของเครื่องมือในกลุ่มตัวอย่างมารดาที่มีทารกอยู่ในหอผู้ป่วยวิกฤตทารกแรกเกิด (NICU) จำนวน 30 คน โดยวิธีการสุ่มแบบสะดวกตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด ผลการศึกษาพบว่าแบบสอบถามที่พัฒนาขึ้นมีความตรง เชิงเนื้อหาในระดับสูง และมีความเชื่อถือได้ในระดับที่ยอมรับได้ โดยค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาคจากข้อคำถามจำนวน 26 ข้อ เท่ากับ 0.88 ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาคกรณีลบข้อคำถามทีละข้ออยู่ในช่วง 0.87 ถึง 0.88 ค่าความสัมพันธ์ ระหว่างข้อคำถามแต่ละข้อกับคะแนนรวมอยู่ในช่วง 0.30 ถึง 0.58 แบบสอบถาม MIAQ จึงเหมาะสำหรับบริบทที่มารดาไม่สามารถดูแลทารกได้อย่างต่อเนื่อง เช่น ในหอผู้ป่วย NICU ซึ่งมีข้อจำกัดด้านเวลาและสุขภาพของทารก ด้วยการประเมิน จากความรู้สึกของมารดาโดยตรงช่วยสะท้อนระดับความผูกพันเบื้องต้น และเป็นแนวทางในการส่งเสริมสายสัมพันธ์แม่-ลูกได้อย่างเหมาะสม
