อะเมโลบลาสติกไฟโบรโอดอนโทมาขนาดใหญ่ในกระดูกขากรรไกรล่าง: รายงานผู้ป่วย 1 ราย

บทคัดย่อ
อะเมโลบลาสติกไฟโบรโอดอนโทมาจัดเป็นเนื้องอกเหตุกำเนิดฟันชนิดไม่ร้ายแรงที่พบได้น้อย ส่วนใหญ่พบในผู้ป่วยอายุน้อย รายงานผู้ป่วยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อนำเสนอวิธีการรักษาและการติดตามผลการรักษาในผู้ป่วยเด็กชายไทยอายุ 8 ปีที่มีรอยโรคอะเมโลบลาสติกไฟโบรโอดอนโทมาขนาดใหญ่ในกระดูกขากรรไกรล่าง ทำให้กระดูกขยายออกด้านข้างแก้มและข้างลิ้น ซึ่งทำให้ใบหน้าผู้ป่วยไม่สมมาตร ภาพรังสีแสดงลักษณะเงาโปร่งรังสีร่วมกับเงาทึบรังสีขอบเขตชัดเจน ผู้ป่วยได้รับการรักษาโดยการผ่าตัดนำรอยโรคออกทั้งหมด ร่วมกับการขูดกระดูกโดยรอบเพื่อป้องกันการกลับเป็นซ้ำ หลังการติดตามผลการรักษา 2 ปี พบการหายของกระดูกเป็นปกติและไม่พบการกลับเป็นซ้ำของรอยโรค
