Severe Traumatic Maternal Brain Injury during Pregnancy: A Case Report

Abstract

Severe maternal brain injury during pregnancy by traffic accident is rare event. An unconscious

mother whose pregnancy was going on from 10 to 35 weeks’ gestation and achieved deliver of a healthy

viable male infant She was cared by team approach; neurological surgeon, obstetrician, pediatrician,

and the nurses for the goal of life saving both mother and infant.
