Abstract

Conservative management of unruptured ectopic pregnancies have been especially that of ampullary ectopic form. Traditional management of unruptured interstitial pregnancy was salpingectomy with or without cornual resection, or by hysterectomy. In this paper we present a case report on conservative management by dilatation and curettage followed by methotrexate (MTX) intramuscular injection.
