แนวทางใหม่ในการรักษาภาวะหัวใจเต้นผิดปกติ
Abstract
ภาวะหัวใจเต้นผิดปกติ (Cardiac Arrhythmia) คือ กลุ่มอาการที่มีอัตราการเต้นของหัวใจผิดปกติไม่สม่ำเสมอ (irregular) หรือสม่ำเสมอ (regular) โดยมีอัตราการเต้น 100 ครั้งต่อนาทีขึ้นไป (Tachycardia) และ อัตราการเต้นช้ากว่า 60 ครั้งต่อนาที (Bradycardia) ในบทความนี้จะเน้นเรื่องความรู้ใหม่ๆ ในการตรวจวินิจฉัยและการรักษาในภาวะหัวใจเต้นเร็วผิดปกติ (Tachyarrhythmias) ผู้ป่วยภาวะหัวใจเต้นเร็วผิดปกติมาทำการตรวจรักษา โดยไม่มีอาการ (Asymptomatic) หรือมีอาการ (Symptomatic) ดังนี้ได้แก่อาการใจสั่น (palpitations), แน่นหน้าอก (chest discomfort), หน้าจะมืด (presyncope) วูบหมดสติ (syncope) หัวใจวายหยุดเต้น (Cardiac arrest) และในบางกรณีภาวะหัวใจเต้นผิดปกติจะเพิ่มความเสี่ยงการเกิดอัมพฤกษ์ (embolic stroke) และหัวใจวาย (congestive heart failure)2-3 ได้พีรพัฒน์ เกตุค้างพลู พ.บ. สถาบันโรคทรวงอก กรมการแพทย์เรื่องเด่นประจำฉบับ
