Research question was: what were effectiveness of CBL program. Research hypothesis was: participants’ Knowledge, Attitude and Practice (KAP) before and after CBL were different. This quasi-experimental research using one group pre-posttest design aimed to evaluate effectiveness of the CBL program. Quantitative data (45 self-rated questionnaires) and qualitative data (four focus group discussions) were collected from 45 participants. Descriptive statistics and paired t-test were used for quantitative data analysis which KAP had significantly higher after CBL program (p<0.05). Thematic analysis was applied to the qualitative data. Four themes emerged from data: 1) Head: knowledge improvement after CBL; 2) Heart: attitude towards community care; 3) Hand: skill improvement after CBL; and 4) Reflection on CBL. Results of this study could be implied for community public health education regarding Sirindhorn College of Public Health context and similar health care educations.
