The purpose of this research was to study the problems of consumption of hypertensive patients. Develop a model for changing health behavior in consumption, and evaluating the use of health behavior modification patterns for consumption of hypertensive patients in the Kudtapet Sub district, Lamsonthi, Lopburi. The sample was 70 hypertensive patients who are unable to control blood pressure levels and voluntarily entered the research. The instruments were questionnaire on health behavior in consumption and hypertension knowledge test. Data were analyzed by percentage, mean, standard deviation and dependent T-test. The results showed that a body mass index of greater than 31.41 percent, eat salty food 54.31 percent. The pattern of health behavior modification in the consumption of hypertension patients consists of 1) personal health behavior modification 2) learning base training 3) the establishment of high blood pressure patient groups Consumer health behavior score Before and after participating in the process of developing behavior of consumption was 26.63 and 35.74, respectively. The correct consumption behavior scores increased significantly at the level of 0.05
