This research aims to develop models of postoperative and anesthesia in the recovery patients care at the office hours. Operated from January 2015 to June 2017. The sample was anesthesia nurses in the recovery room. The instrument used postoperative medical records, Nursing practice assessment form based on patient care guidelines in the recovery room, and an interview form for postoperative patients in the recovery room. Data were analyzed by Frequency and Percentage.
The results showed that model of postoperative and anesthesia in the recovery patients care at the office hours consisting: 1) service providers 2) service recipients 3) processes 4) Environment 5) Results. The results from the implementation showed that 1) Percentage of postoperative patients receiving care in the room. In office hours increased from 18.81 percent to 96.52 percent without increasing personnel anesthesia 2) percentage of patients receiving surveillance, according to the care standard in the recovery room to 100 percent 3) percentage of patients Which moved out of the recovery room are ready according to the indications increased from 98.63 percent to 99.10 percent and 4) complications while taking care of the recovery room decreased from 6.16 percent to 0.90 percent by the level of stress The incidence is lower than the G providers found. Nurse anesthetists perform nursing activities according to the guidelines for caring for patients in the recovery room were 94.33% and were satisfied with the patient care model developed at a high level.
