ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับการรับรู้สมรรถนะแห่งตนต่อการคลอดในหญิงตั้งครรภ์แรก

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยเชิงบรรยายนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับการรับรู้สมรรถนะแห่งตนต่อการคลอดในหญิงตั้งครรภ์แรก กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการศึกษาคือ หญิงตั้งครรภ์แรก ที่มารับบริการฝากครรภ์ที่โรงพยาบาลพหลพลพยุหเสนา จังหวัดกาญจนบุรี จำนวน 120 ราย เลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยวิธีสุ่มกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ได้แก่ แบบบันทึกข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล แบบสอบถามความรู้เกี่ยวกับการคลอด แบบสอบถามทัศนคติเกี่ยวกับการคลอด และแบบสอบถามความเชื่อมั่นในตนเองขณะคลอด วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยโดยใช้สถิติพรรณนาและสัมประสิทธ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า การศึกษา รายได้ของครอบครัว ความรู้เกี่ยวกับการคลอด และทัศนคติเกี่ยวกับการคลอดมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับการรับรู้สมรรถนะแห่งตนต่อการคลอดอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 (r =.223, r = .228, r = .23, r = .256 ตามลำดับ) ส่วนอายุไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับการรับรู้สมรรถนะแห่งตนต่อการคลอดอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 (r = -.007) ผลการวิจัยเสนอแนะว่า พยาบาลในแผนกฝากครรภ์ควรมีการประเมินการรับรู้สมรรถนะแห่งตนต่อการคลอดและปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องต่อการรับรู้ดังกล่าวในหญิงตั้งครรภ์ ตลอดจนจัดทำโปรแกรม หรือพัฒนาแนวทางและสื่อการสอนเพื่อให้ความรู้เกี่ยวกับการคลอด และเสริมสร้างทัศนคติที่ดีเกี่ยวกับการคลอดด้วยตนเองแก่หญิงตั้งครรภ์ รวมถึงกระบวนการเตรียมตัวคลอด เพื่อส่งเสริมให้หญิงตั้งครรภ์มีความมั่นใจ และมีการรับรู้สมรรถนะแห่งตนต่อการคลอดด้วยตนเองที่ดี
