ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อพฤติกรรมการป้องกันโรคหลอดเลือดหัวใจ ในกลุ่มชาติพันธุ์กะเหรี่ยงที่เป็นกลุ่มเสี่ยง ในจังหวัดตาก

บทคัดย่อ

          โรคหลอดเลือดหัวใจเป็นปัญหาทางสุขภาพที่สำคัญของประชากรไทยรวมถึงกลุ่มชาติพันธุ์กะเหรี่ยง ซึ่งการควบคุมและจัดการกับปัญหาที่ดีที่สุดคือ การจัดการให้กลุ่มที่มีความเสี่ยงต่อการเกิดโรคหัวใจมีพฤติกรรมการป้องกันโรคที่เหมาะสม การวิจัยความสัมพันธ์เชิงทำนายนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อพฤติกรรมป้องกันโรคหลอดเลือดหัวใจ กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นกลุ่มชาติพันธุ์กะเหรี่ยงที่เป็นกลุ่มเสี่ยงของการเกิดโรคหลอดเลือดหัวใจและอาศัยอยู่ในจังหวัดตาก จำนวน 207 คน ได้มาจากการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลระหว่างเดือนพฤศจิกายนถึงเดือนธันวาคม พ.ศ. 2563 เครื่องมือที่ใช้เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสัมภาษณ์ครอบคลุมข้อมูลพื้นฐาน ความรู้เกี่ยวกับการป้องกันโรค การรับรู้ เกี่ยวกับการป้องกันโรค การเข้าถึงทรัพยากรที่เอื้อต่อการป้องกันโรค การสนับสนุนทางสังคม การรับรู้ความสามารถแห่งตน และพฤติกรรมการป้องกันโรค วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติพรรณนาและการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน
          ผลการวิจัย พบว่า ภาพรวมของพฤติกรรมการป้องกันโรคหลอดเลือดหัวใจของกลุ่มชาติพันธุ์กะเหรี่ยงอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า ด้านการหลีกเลี่ยงดื่มสุราและด้านการรับประทานยาและตรวจตามนัด อยู่ในระดับสูง และอีก 4 ด้านได้แก่ ด้านการรับประทานอาหาร ด้านการออกกำลังกาย ด้านการจัดการความเครียด ด้านการหลีกเลี่ยงสูบบุหรี่อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง โดยตัวแปรการรับรู้ความสามารถแห่งตน (β = .43) และการสนับสนุนทางสังคม (β = .16) เป็นปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อพฤติกรรมการป้องกันโรคหลอดเลือดหัวใจของกลุ่มชาติพันธุ์กะเหรี่ยงและสามารถอธิบายได้ร้อยละ 23.0 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (R2 = .230, F = 30.40, p < .001) ดังนั้น พยาบาลและบุคลากรที่เกี่ยวข้องควรพัฒนาโปรแกรมเสริมสร้างพฤติกรรมการป้องกันโรคหลอดเลือดหัวใจในกลุ่มชาติพันธุ์กะเหรี่ยงกลุ่มเสี่ยง โดยเพิ่มการรับรู้ความสามารถแห่งตนร่วมกับส่งเสริมให้ครอบครัวและเครือข่ายทางสังคมมีส่วนร่วมในการสนับสนุนพฤติกรรมป้องกันโรค เพื่อให้กลุ่มชาติพันธุ์กะเหรี่ยงกลุ่มเสี่ยงมีพฤติกรรมที่เหมาะสมและลดอัตราการเกิดโรคหลอดเลือดหัวใจได้
