Care for Drug addiction in Adolescent , Case stydy.

Problem oriented case study of 18-year-old man with drug addiction at Phetchaboon Hospital. The practitioner approached case by using family medicine tools and methods. Holistic therapeutic plan was analyzed from history background of the patient and his family. The plan consists of 3 phases of care. 1) Acute phase of withdrawal syndrome treatment 2) Second phase of Cognitive behavior therapy method (CBT) 3) The recovery phase of value-based intervention with holistic care integration. The goal of this case is patient can manage himself in activity daily living and social’s participation.
