Case Report : Orthodontic Treatment Combined With Orthognathic Surgery In Skeletal Class III Malocclusion With Anterior Crossbite

A 19 years old Thai female patient came with anterior crossbite and protuded mandible. Patient has concave profile. Diagnosis from lateral cephalometric analysis is skeletal class III malocclusion with prognathic mandible. Molar relationships are Class III reationships and total anterior crossbite. Treatment plan of this case is orthodontic treatment combined with orthognathic surgery by mandibular setback. Treatment result is good occlusion, improve facial profile and more beautiful smile. Prognosis of correction anterior crossbite in this case is good.
