Abstract

             Objective : To determine the complication of gynecologic laparoscopic surgery in Samutprakarn hospital.
             Material and Method : A retrospective and descriptive analysis of medical records from 205 women who underwent gynecologic laparoscopic surgery in Samutprakarn hospital.
              Result Two hundred five women were recruited between July 2013 and July 2017.One-fourth of subjects had history of previous gyneco-logic surgery. Major complication rate was 2.4%.Urinary bladder, bo-wel were 1.9% and 0.5%, respectively.The conversion rate to explora-tory laparotomy was 1.5%.
              Conclusion The major complication rate was 2.4%.
