Have purepose for develop palliative care patient care For Mucopolysaccharide care bizosis put on a a ventilator bipap .Chronic illness in Don Chedi Hospital.Primary informor include palliative and relative.Health care include physician,nurse,gather by observe,interview.Time length education since November 2016-Jun 2017.Tool that patient evaluation form,Clinical record,suggestion communication between multidisciplinary teams,Evaluation form for near-death patient care ,Relative satisfaction test. Evaluation conclude format palliative care ,Evaluation results side patient family. Data analysis qualitative by percentage,By content analysis.
