บทคัดย่อ

ภาวะหนังศีรษะเป็นขุยเป็นปัญหาที่พบได้บ่อยในเวชปฏิบัติ และนำมาซึ่งผลกระทบแก่ผู้ป่วยทั้งทางร่างกายและการเข้าสังคม โรคที่พบว่าเป็นสาเหตุได้บ่อยได้แก่ รังแค, โรคผิวหนังอักเสบเซ็บบอเรอิค, สะเก็ดเงิน, โรคกลาก และ ผื่นผิวหนังอักเสบจากการสัมผัส ในปัจจุบันได้มีการศึกษาและวิจัยเพิ่มเติมทั้งในแง่ของการวินิจฉัยโรคและแนวทางการรักษาเพื่อให้ได้ผลการรักษาที่ดีที่สุด โดยในบทความฟื้นฟูวิชาการฉบับนี้ จะรวบรวมข้อมูลที่ทันสมัยทั้งในด้านอาการแสดง การตรวจวินิจฉัย และการรักษาภาวะหนังศีรษะเป็นขุย
