Abstract

Metanephric adenofibroma is a rare benign kidney tumor. It is indistinguishable from other solid tumors, particularly Wilmsû tumor. Optimum treatment has yet to be established. This case presented with abnormal radiographic investigations. Laparoscopic radical nephrectomy was done because malignancy risk from radiographic classification. This report review patientûs history, treatment and characteristics of tumor.
