Abstract

Depressive symptoms and feeling of guilt are quite common in the course of Alzeimerûs disease. A case of a 72-year-old man with Alzeimerûs disease and LUTS, who presented with elastic rubber band constricting the base of his penis result to gangrenous penis. Not only partial penectomy and medical treatment for BPH; but also psychiatristûs consultation and follow up can accomplish management in this case.
