THE DEVELOPMENT OF WEB-BASED INSTRUCTION WITH USING PROJECT-BASED LEARNING ON WEBPAGE CREATED BY HYPERTEXT MARKUP LANGUAGE FOR GRADE 9 STUDENTS

Abstract

The purposes of this research were 1)  to develop the web-based instruction with using project-based learning on webpage created by Hypertext Markup Language for Grade 9 students to be effective according to the standard criteria of 90ct/ 90proje, 2) to compare the learning test scores between pre-learning and post-learning of the students who learned by the web-based instruction with using project-based learning on webpage created by Hypertext Markup Language for Grade 9 students, and 3) to study the students’ opinions on the development of the web-based instruction with using project-based learning on webpage created by Hypertext Markup Language for Grade 9 students. The sample group used in this research comprised 50 students of Grade 9 from Chonradsadornumrung School. The instrument used in the research included 1) web-based instruction with using project-based learning on  webpage created by HTML, 2) pre-test and post-test, 3) questionnaires about opinions of the students who used the web-based project-based learning on webpage created by Hypertext Markup Language. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation and t-test independent. The research result revealed as follows: 1) the effectiveness of web-based instruction with using project-based learning on  webpage created by HTML for Grade 9 students was equal to 90.09/ 92.00, which was in accordance with the determined standard, 2) the test score of post-test was higher than that of the pre-test at the statistic significance level of .05, and 3) the students’ opinions on the web-based instruction with using project-based learning on webpage created by HTML for Grade 9 students were found at a high level.
