THE POTENTIAL OF EMPLOYEE SERVICES AT AYOTHAYA HOTEL IN PHRA NAKHON SI AYUTTHAYA PROVINCE

Abstract
The purposes of this research were to 1) study the general information of the tourists staying at Ayothaya Hotel, 2) study satisfaction and marketing mix of Thai tourists towards the services of the Ayothaya Hotel employee, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province, and 3) propose the guidelines for the development of employee service at Ayothaya Hotel Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province. Samples group in this research was a tourist visiting Phra Nakhon Si Autthaya province and staying at the Ayothaya Hotel. The samples were 400 Thai tourists staying at Ayothaya Hotel. The data were collected through using questionnaire. Statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, independent samples t-test, and one-way ANOVA.
The results of the study showed that the potential of employee service at Ayothaya Hotel was at a good level. They had to improve 3 aspects, the satisfaction of which was found at a lowest level, product (3.09), promotion (4.06) and physical (4.07). These results can be used to develop the quality service of the hotel.
