บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรมส่งเสริมสุขภาพของพนักงานโรงพยาบาลบางปะกอก 1 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบพฤติกรรมส่งเสริมสุขภาพระหว่าง เพศ อายุ ระดับการศึกษา รายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือน และโรคประจำตัว ของพนักงานโรงพยาบาลบางปะกอก 1 3) เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ของพฤติกรรมส่งเสริมสุขภาพกับปัจจัยด้านการรับรู้เกี่ยวกับสุขภาพของพนักงานโรงพยาบาลบางปะกอก 1 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษา ได้แก่ พนักงานโรงพยาบาลบางปะกอก 1 ทั้งหมดจำนวน 244 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา ค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ทดสอบความแตกต่างระหว่างตัวแปร 2 กลุ่มด้วย t-test independent ทดสอบความแตกต่างระหว่างตัวแปร 3 กลุ่ม ด้วย F-test (one-way analysis of variance [ANOVA]) และหาค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน (Pearson’s Product Moment Correlation)
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
- พนักงานโรงพยาบาลบางปะกอก 1 มีพฤติกรรมส่งเสริมสุขภาพ อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง
- พนักงานที่มีโรคประจำตัวต่างกันมีพฤติกรรมส่งเสริมสุขภาพแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ที่ระดับ .05
- ปัจจัยด้านการรับรู้เกี่ยวกับสุขภาพของพนักงานโรงพยาบาลบางปะกอก 1 ได้แก่ การรับรู้ประโยชน์ของพฤติกรรมส่งเสริมสุขภาพ การรับรู้อุปสรรคของพฤติกรรมส่งเสริมสุขภาพ การรับรู้ความสามารถตนเองของพฤติกรรมส่งเสริมสุขภาพและการรับรู้ภาวะสุขภาพ มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับพฤติกรรมส่งเสริมสุขภาพ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
