THE DEVELOPMENT OF ASSISTIVE TRAINING PACKAGE: SQUAD MANEUVERS (BOUNDING METTHODS) FOR NEW RECRUIT TRAINING UNIT IN 7th ANTIAIRCRAFT ARTILLERY BATTALION

Abstract
The objectives of this research were 1) to develop the Assistive Training Package: Squad Maneuvers (Bounding Methods) for New Recruit Training Unit in 7th Antiaircraft Artillery Battalion to be effective according to E1/E2 = 80/80 basis, and 2) to compare the scores of pretest and scores of before and after using The Assistive Training Package: Squad Maneuvers (Bounding Methods) for New Recruit Training Unit in 7th Antiaircraft Artillery Battalion. The samples in this study were new recruit soldiers, second rotation B.E. 2559 from the New Recruit Training Unit in 7th Antiaircraft Artillery Battalion that did not receive bounding methods for squad maneuvers. In this study 30 soldiers were selected by stratified random sampling, The instruments used in this study consisted of 1) Assistive Training Package : Squad Maneuvers (Bounding Methods) for New Recruit Training Unit in 7th Antiaircraft Artillery Battalion, 2) Pretest and posttest, and the media quality assessment sheet and the content assessment sheet. The data were analyzed in terms of percentage, mean, standard deviation, and t-test Dependent
The research results revealed that 1) the efficiency of Assistive Training Package was E1/E2 = 85.67/84.67 which confirmed with the target standard (E1/E2 = 80/80), and 2) the difference of pretest and posttest score was statistically significant at 0.01 level.
