A STUDY OF THAI LEAGUE 3 FOOTBALL TRAINING PROBLEM FOR THE SOUTH ZONE IN SEASON 2020

Abstract
The purpose of this research was to study the training problems of the Thai Football League 3 (Southern Zone) in the 2020 season. The population used for this study were 51 football players, team managers, coaches, and assistant coaches, with 12 teams, 612 people in total. The samples of this study consisted of 247 people by simple random sampling method. The research instruments were questionnaires, valuation scale. The total content validity and reliability of the questionnaire were 0.92 and 0.97 respectively. The statistics for data analysis consisted of frequency distribution, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The study results were found that training problems with the highest average score were budget and welfare, followed by training locations and equipment, training, football players and teammates, and coaches, respectively. The results of this study could be used to further improve and develop the training program for the Thai Football League 3 of the South Zone.
