SUCCESS IN FOOTBALL MANAGEMENT OF ASSUMPTION COLLEGE THONBURI

Abstract
The objective in this mixed method research was to study key success factors in football management of Assumption College Thonburi and guidelines of football management in school. The respondents in the quantitative phase were 195 football players in 2006 – 2019, who were the quota football players project in Assumption College Thonburi, and the in - depth interview was conducted with administrator, staff, and sponsors in the qualitative phase.
The research results showed that overall statistical values used in this study was the highest (= 4.60, S.D. 0.53). When considered individually it was found that structure (= 4.64, S.D. = 0.51) system (= 4.63, S.D. = 0.51) shared value (= 4.63, S.D. = 0.54) style (= 4.61, S.D. = 0.54) strategy (= 4.59, S.D. = 0.50) skill (= 4.58, S.D. = 0.56), and staff ( = 4.56, S.D. = 0.57) respectively. This corresponds to in - depth interviews with the process of recruiting talent football players to study at Assumption College Thonburi and offering scholarships for motivation. The management structure is divided to do duties of command, and supervise football players in the project. In terms of football supervision there is a technical director for planning training and competition between coaches, and staff to work together.
