THE OPINION TOWARD PROVIDED SERVICE AND TYPE OF ACADEMIC SERVICE OF THAILAND NATIONAL SPORTS UNIVERSITY SUPHAN BURI CAMPUS OF SUPHAN BURI URBAN COMMUNITY

Abstract
The research namely “The opinion toward provided service and type of academic service of Thailand National Sports University Suphan Buri Campus of Suphan Buri urban community” was conducted to study the opinion toward provided service of Thailand National Sports University Suphan Buri Campus of Suphan Buri urban community, and demand of type of academic service of Thailand National Sports University Suphan Buri Campus. This research was designed in a quantitative and qualitative research with ethics approval in human related research by ethics of human related research committee from Institution of Physical Education. The questionnaire was applied as a tool for collecting data, approved by 5 experts, the content validity of which was 0.81 and adapted Cronbach method to find reliability which equal to 0.75. Then, the questionnaire was taken to the try - out before start collecting data. The samples were selected by purposive sampling including 50 heads of government sector organizations and 67 directors of educational institutions in Suphan Buri in 2017. The data analysis was conducted by Percentage, Mean, S.D., and Content Analysis. The research results demonstrated as follows:
- Suphan buri urban community’s opinion toward an academic service of Thailand National Sports University Suphan Buri Campus both in overall and separated aspects was at a high level ( = 4.21).
- Suphan buri urban community’s opinion toward demand of type of academic service of Thailand National Sports University Suphan Buri Campus both in overall and separated aspects was at a high level ( = 4.11).
- Other recommendations from the community regarding provided service and type of academic service of Thailand National Sports University Suphan Buri Campus were found that the community requested the university to provide mobile academic services for reaching a remote area lacking chances to get any services from the government sector. Moreover, sport sciences services were found to comply with people in the community lifestyle for being healthy, especially for the elderly. Lastly, the community required the university to promote a variety form of exercises that fit with their well - being.
