Bachelor of Arts Student's Ideal Quantifications in Relation to the Needs of Entrepreneurs in the Responsible Area of Institute of Physical Education Suphanburi

Abstract
This research aimed to (1) study the ideal qualifications of the Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) students in relation to the needs of entrepreneurs in the responsible area of Institute of Physical Education Suphanburi and (2) compare the ideal qualifications of B.A. students in relation to the needs of entrepreneurs in the responsible area of Institute of Physical Education Suphanburi. Data were collected from the enterprises where B.A. students were sent to work as trainees, and the enterprises producing goods and services in the responsible area of Institute of Physical Education Suphanburi. The samples used in this research comprised 400 representatives from private and public enterprises. These samples were divided into a group of 300 representatives from private enterprises and a group of 100 public enterprises in the responsible area of Institute of Physical Education Suphanburi, consisting of Suphanburi Province, Ayutthaya Province, Uthai Thani Province, Ratchaburi Province and Kanchanaburi Province. The instrument used to collect data was a questionnaire about the ideal qualifications of the B.A. student's in relation to the needs of entrepreneurs. The questionnaire focused on the ideal qualifications of the students majoring in four programs; Sports Communication, Health Business, Sports Management and Commercial Recreation Tourism, regarding three aspects.1) knowledge and abilities 2) personality and 3) moral and ethics. The data were analyzed in terms of percentage, mean, standard deviation and t-test for Independent Samples. The findings revealed that as a whole, students' moral and ethics were found at the highest level of the ideal qualifications in relation to the needs of entrepreneurs while their knowledge and abilities and their personality were found at a high level.
