The Development of Web based Instruction on Principle Education

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to develop and study for determining quality and efficiency of web based instruction lesson on principles of Education. The research hypothesis were set and tested to determine whether the lesson's quality would be

higher than good level, and whether its efficiency E/E, would not be less than the criteria of 80/80

The population used for this research are the second year student from the faculty of Sports Science and Health of Chumphon Physical Education Institute studying their first semester of 2008 academic year. All are 17 Students.

The Development of web based instruction on principles of Education was basically studied about description and all lesson content. The lesson was divided into sub-topics. The objectives were defined to cover sub-topics. The learning experiment was constructed to be used by learners during and after the learning period. It was designed and developed by using Macromedia, Dreamweaver and MX program. After that, it was approved by the research advisors. This web based instruction lesson media was then approved by the producing specialists for evaluation and suggestion. Then it was examined by using group of 3 persons and group of 6 persons for the improvement.

The results of research were as follows :

1. The quality of web based instruction lesson on principles of Education about the content aspect was excellent (X = 4.62) and about the media production aspect was good (X = 4.61)
