ความพึงพอใจของนักท่องเที่ยวชาวต่างชาติที่มีต่อ การเข้าชมอุทยานประวัติศาสตร์ศรีสัชนาลัยจังหวัดสุโขทัย

Abstract
This research aimed to study and compare foreign tourists' satisfaction toward admission at Sri Satchanalai Historical Park, Sukhothai Province including management, service personnel, venue and facilities, and artistic value categorized into the variables of gender, age, and nationality. Four hundred samples were selected by accidental random sampling. The instrument was Foreign Tourists' Satisfaction toward Admission at Sri Satchanalai Historical Park, Sukhothai Province Questionnaire developed from Kanlayanee Thong-Ngam's Questionnaire on Foreign Tourists' Satisfaction toward Tourism in Sukhothai Historical Park with the reliability of 0.87. The data was collected by five-scale questionnaire and statistically analyzed by percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, One-Way ANOVA, and Scheffe Analysis.
The results found that
- Foreign tourists had overall satisfaction at high level toward admission at Sri Satchanalai Historical Park and had highest level of satisfaction on the aspect of artistic value.
- The overall satisfaction among samples of different genders was not different.
- The overall satisfaction among samples of different ages was statistical significantly different at .05 and, when considering in aspect, the satisfaction on the aspect of service personnel and artistic value was not different.
- The overall satisfaction among samples of different nationalities was statistical significantly different at .05 both overall and in aspect.
