FACTORS EFFECT ON DECISION MAKING TO RECREATIONAL TOURISM OF THAI TORISTS AT KOHLARN IN PATTAYA CITY OF CHONBURI PROVINCE

Abstract
The objectives of this research were: - 1) to study factors effecting decision making on recreational tourism of Thai tourists, and 2) to find the relationship between factors effecting decision-making on recreational tourism and Thai tourists behavior at Kohlarn in Pattaya city of Chon Buri Province the Samples were 400 Thai tourists in Pattaya. They were selected by purposive sampling. The research instrument was the questionnaire. group used in the qualitative and quantitative research consisted of 400 Thai tourists traveling for recreation at Koh Larn, Pattaya, Chonburi, collected by questionnaire. Content Validity (Index of Item Objective Congruence: IOC) The researcher used a random sampling method using purposive sampling. collecting data from questionnaires Data were analyzed using frequency and percentage statistics to enumerate frequencies and percentages. of personal factor information meanwhile using mean and standard deviation to analyze the 5A's of tourism components, including attractions accessibility activities, facilities, accommodations, and Pearson's Correlation to test the relationship between consumer behavior theory 6W,1H and tourism elements 5A's.
The research results were found that priority of composition factor attraction 5 As that affect the decision to travel for recreational tourism Koh Larn, Pattaya, Chonburi, was in accommodations, followed by attractions. activities, accessibility and facilities, respectively. The results of testing the relationship between consumer behavior and tourism elements, showed that there was a positive relationship with statistical significance at the 0.01 level. The research suggest that 1. Koh Larn officials can follow up; 2. Build confidence in the reality of safety. As usual, there are officers stationed on the Koh Larn side of the system to take care of safety and facilitate; and 3. Public restroom access control system for certain access points
