The statistics used in the data analysis were: frequency distribution; percentage; mean; standard deviation; Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient; and Stepwise Multiple Regression Analysis (to test the hypothesis). The statistical significance was set at the .01 level.

The results of this research found that: 1) The factor of football field safety for competitions; safety of referees’; football players; team manager, coach and team staff; cheering team; referee payment; and media and news These seven factors had a statistically significant positive correlation at the .01 level. and 2) there were 3 factors affecting the decision of the Thai League 3 referees, media and news, referee payment, football players These three factors can together predict the decision of the Thai League 3 football referees by 71.80 percent, and the coefficients of the predictive variables have been written into the equation in the form of raw scores as follows: Y/ = 32.954 + 0.608(X7) + 0.539(X6) + 0.414(X3) and in the form of a standard score is Z/Y = 0.240(ZX7) + 0.165(ZX6) + 0.205(ZX3)

It is suggested that, These 7 factors: affecting the decision of referees, by association; football club and Competition organizer cooperate in promoting and development team manager, coach and team staff; football players; cheering team; and media and news have knowledge of competition rules and good manners.
