TEAM MANAGEMENT OF SURATTHANI FOOTBALL CLUB AND MH KHON SURAT CITY

Abstract
This study aimed to investigate and compare the team management of Surat Thani FC Football Club and MHCON Surat Thani City Football Club. The sample group consisted of 84 respondents, including team managers, coaches, and athletes from both clubs, selected through simple random sampling. The research instrument used in this study was the questionnaire for the team management comparison. The statistical methods used included mean and standard deviation.
The results showed that 1) the athletes of Surat Thani Football Club were at a high level overall, while those of MHCON Surat City Football Club were at the highest level overall, 2) the team management of both Surat Thani Football Club and MHCON Surat City Football Club were at a high level overall, 3) the overall welfare of Surat Thani Football Club was at a high level, while the overall welfare of MHKHON Surat City Football Club was at a moderate level, and 4) the overall budget of both Surat Thani Football Club and MHKHON Surat City Football Club was at a high level.
Comparison of the management results of the MHCON Surat Thani City Club between Surat Thani FC. The athletes of the MHCON Surat Thani City Club team had a higher average score than the Surat Thani FC team.
