Abstract

The article "Problem Management for Social Surveillance" aims to identify the social problems of patients according to the level of problems encountered (SS-S-M-L-XL) using the Social Problem List as a basis for problem analysis and to provide information on the management of patients experiencing social problems. The data were collected from patients who came to the Social Work Unit during January - September 2017. If a professional or a person involved in a hospital feels that the problem is present or the patients is experiencing a serious problem then send the patient to the social worker first. It can help to narrow the problem or solve the problem in a timely manner. Patients with complicated social problems (L and XL) had only 10.39%. The patients without social problems were 21.02%. If the patients in the hospital concerned patients. Screening and monitoring of pre-existing social problems by sending patients and families to social workers. In addition to helping to reduce the problem is thin. The problem may be resolved in the right way by the patient, not the burden of the hospital.
