อาการไม่พึงประสงค์ทางผิวหนังจากการรักษามะเร็ง : มุมมองทางคลินิกในบริบทประเทศไทย

บทคัดย่อ

         การรักษามะเร็ง ซึ่งรวมถึงเคมีบำบัด การรักษาแบบมุ่งเป้า ภูมิคุ้มกันบำบัด และรังสีรักษา มักทำให้เกิดอาการไม่พึงประสงค์ทางผิวหนัง (Dermatological Adverse Events: DAEs) ซึ่งส่งผลกระทบอย่างมากต่อคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้ป่วยและความต่อเนื่องของการรักษามะเร็ง บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ของเพื่อให้ภาพรวมของผลข้างเคียงอาการไม่พึงประสงค์ทางผิวหนังที่พบบ่อย เช่น ผื่นคล้ายสิว กลุ่มอาการมือเท้า ปัญหาผิวแห้ง อาการคัน และผมร่วง การจัดการผลข้างเคียงที่เกิดขึ้น อาการไม่พึงประสงค์ทางผิวหนังในผู้ป่วยมะเร็งประเภทที่พบบ่อยในประเทศไทย (ปอด, เต้านม, ลำไส้ใหญ่) และแนวทางปฏิบัติเกี่ยวกับการดูแลผิวประจำวัน การดูแลเส้นผม ผลิตภัณฑ์เสริมอาหารและวิตามินที่มีหลักฐานเชิงประจักษ์ และตอบคำถามที่พบบ่อยจากผู้ป่วยเกี่ยวกับการดูแลผิว การย้อมผมหรือการปลูกผม  โดยการทบทวนนี้ปรับให้เข้ากับบริบทของประเทศไทย การจัดการเชิงรุกและแนวทางแบบสหสาขาวิชาชีพที่เกี่ยวข้องกับทั้งแพทย์ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านมะเร็งและแพทย์ผิวหนังมีความสำคัญอย่างยิ่งในการบรรเทาผลข้างเคียงอาการไม่พึงประสงค์ทางผิวหนังและเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพผลลัพธ์ของผู้ป่วยในการดูแลรักษามะเร็ง
