การวิเคราะห์ต้นทุนและความอ่อนไหวของธุรกิจแหล่งท่องเที่ยวนันทนาการทางน้ำ ครบวงจรที่มนุษย์สร้างขึ้น

Abstract

         การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาข้อมูลทั่วไปเกี่ยวกับโครงการลงทุนแหล่งท่องเที่ยวนันทนาการทางน้ำครบวงจรที่มนุษย์สร้างขึ้น ศึกษาต้นทุนและความอ่อนไหวของโครงการลงทุนแหล่งท่องเที่ยวนันทนาการทางน้ำครบวงจรที่มนุษย์สร้างขึ้น โดยนำข้อมูลที่เก็บได้มาจากการสัมภาษณ์ นำมาจัดการวิเคราะห์สรุปและการจัดทำรายการเกี่ยวกับต้นทุนของกิจการทราบรับรายจ่ายของกิจการ การลงทุนในกิจการ และวิเคราะห์ความอ่อนไหวของธุรกิจ โดยเก็บข้อมูลจากผู้ประกอบกิจการธุรกิจแหล่งท่องเที่ยวนันทนาการทางน้ำครบวงจรที่มนุษย์สร้างขึ้น ด้วยวิธีการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกจากผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลักจำนวน 7 ราย

          จากผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลักผลการวิจัยพบว่าผู้ประกอบการที่เป็นผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลักส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศชายอายุ 40 ปีขึ้นไปโครงการลงทุนแหล่งท่องเที่ยวนันทนาการทางน้ำครบวงจรที่มนุษย์สร้างขึ้นซึ่งผลจากการศึกษาความเป็นไปได้พบว่ามีระยะเวลาคืนทุนเฉลี่ย 3 ปี 2 เดือน กำไรสุทธิปีแรกเท่ากับ 87,733,122.74 บาท กระแสเงินสด ณ วันสิ้นงวด เท่ากับ 159,045,401.82 บาท NPV เท่ากับ 365,403,639.28 บาท คำนวณค่า IRR เท่ากับ 26.84% ที่อัตราคิดลด 6.5% จากผลการวิจัยนี้การลงทุนในธุรกิจแหล่งท่องเที่ยวนันทนาการทางน้ำครบวงจรที่มนุษย์สร้างขึ้น มีความน่าสนใจในการลงทุน การวิเคราะห์ความอ่อนไหว กรณีต้นทุนผันแปรเพิ่มขึ้นร้อยละ 5 ในขณะที่รายได้คงที่ พบว่ามีค่า NPV เป็นบวกจำนวน 703,684,250.80 บาท หมายถึง กระแสเงินสุทธิที่ได้รับจากโครงการมีค่ามากกว่าเงินลงทุนเริ่มแรกดังนั้น จึงยอมรับโครงการ กรณีรายได้ลดลงร้อยละ 5 ในขณะที่ต้นทุนคงที่ พบว่ามีค่า NPV เป็นบวก 628,283817.40 หมายถึงกระแสเงินสดสุทธิที่ได้รับจากโครงการมีค่ามากกว่าเงินลงทุนเริ่มแรก ดังนั้นจึงยอมรับโครงการ
