ความเครียดและการจัดการความเครียดในบิดาที่มีบุตรครั้งแรก ในช่วงสถานการณ์การแพร่ระบาดของเชื้อไวรัสโควิด 19 : บทบาทพยาบาลผดุงครรภn

บิดาที่มีบุตรครั้งแรก เป็นบุคคลที่พยาบาลผดุงครรภ์ต้องให้ความสำคัญอย่างมาก เนื่องจากเป็นผู้เกี่ยวข้องกับการดูแลสุขภาพภรรยาและทารกโดยตรงทั้งในระยะตั้งครรภ์ คลอด และ หลังคลอด โดยเฉพาะในช่วงการแพร่ระบาดของเชื้อโควิด-19 จะเป็นที่คาดหวังของภรรยาและครอบครัวในการทำหน้าที่ในการดูแลช่วยเหลือภรรยาและบุตร รวมทั้งต้องเผชิญกับการปรับเปลี่ยนบทบาทใหม่ ที่เกิดการเปลี่ยนแปลงทางด้านจิตใจ อารมณ์ สังคม และจิตวิญญาณ และความรับผิดชอบในการดูแลภรรยาทุกระยะของการตั้งครรภ์ รวมทั้งดูแลบุตรแรกเกิด และการเลี้ยงดูบุตร ในชีวิตประจำวัน รวมไปถึงการหารายได้เพื่อเลี้ยงดูครอบครัว และการแบ่งเบาภาระงานบ้านของภรรยา ทำให้เกิดความวิตกกังวล และความเครียด ซึ่งถ้าบิดาที่มีบุตรครั้งแรกใช้วิธีการจัดการความเครียดที่ไม่เหมาะสม อาจส่งผลกระทบด้านร่างกาย จิตใจ รวมถึงครอบครัว ดังนั้นการได้รับการสนับสนุนช่วยเหลือจากบุคคลรอบข้างโดยเฉพาะพยาบาลผดุงครรภ์ จึงมีความสำคัญเพราะ จะช่วยให้ผู้เป็นบิดาที่มีบุตรครั้งแรกเผชิญกับบทบาทใหม่ภายใต้สถานการณ์การแพร่ระบาดของ เชื้อไวรัสโควิด-19 ได้อย่างเหมาะสม
