MODEL OF HEALTH CARE OPERATIONS FOR PREGNANT WOMEN USINGMECHANISMSSUB DISTRICTLIFE QUALITY DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE PHANNA SUBDISTRICT, PHANNA NIKHOM DISTRICT, SAKON NAKON PROVINCE

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to 1) study the form of operation context 2) operational model creation 3) comparison of knowledge and participation of operation 4) studying success factors. The samples were 40 people. The instrument used for collecting data was questionnaires, interview form, and observation form, and the statistics employed to analyze data were done by percentage, mean and standard deviation. The research findings were as follows: 1) that most of the samples were females (67.5%) and people with an age range of 36-40 years (75.0%), while family volunteers and public health volunteers (55.0%). The current state and the problems found weren’t set of operational guidelines and roles of the Subdistrict life quality development Committee Phanna sub-District and the participant according to the 3 Kor strategies (eating, stimulating, twitching) effect to pregnant women were not given home visits. 2) The operational model creation found that; 1) Model of parent-school activities 2) Follow-up model form that used to home visits to pregnant women 3) Forwarding model assessment for follow-up pregnant women 3. Comparison of knowledge, testing before and after the operation found that the test before the overall score in all aspects 63.50%, and the test after the overall score in all aspects 86.00%. 4)The success factors of the operation model; cooperation from the participant to have knowledge and understanding of performance, drive and aiming to bring knowledge and ability to help others, have problem-solving and decision-making skills and a variety of communication channels, convenient and efficient and using information technology as a tool for operation Keyword: Model,Operations, Development Committee Sub district level
