Abstract

This case study of Diabetic Retinopathy. Comparative case study 2 cases. The first is a woman with underlying disease, high blood pressure, diabetes detected together. Self–care and continuing treatment control sugar level, the second person is male, had been diagnosed with diabetes, had to stop treatment, for 10 years.That time, with high blood sugar together with severe diabetes. And missing an appointment to follow up with regular treatment cannot control sugar levels. When the patient has such complications, if appropriate screening is performed by a nurse with expertise and have applied the nursing process in the nursing plan to cover the information plan continuous care have teamwork based on patients and families as the center. To help patients to be safe, resulting in better quality of life for patients to improve personnel potential assessment. In additional, the result can be adapted with other eye complication methodology
