Evaluation Results on Health, Culture and Network Development of Nursing Colleges and Southern Public Health Colleges of 26th Project

Abstract

The objectives of this study was to evaluate the suitability of health, culture and network development of Nursing Colleges and Southern Public Health Colleges of 26^th Project. This project evaluation applied the concept of the CIPP evaluation model of Stuffelbeam, consisting of context), input, process and product. The sample group was 80 teachers and staff and 509 students. The data collection instrument was a questionnaire. Data was analyzed using descriptive statistics and reference statistics was t-test. The results of the study found that  the evaluation of the appropriateness of the project in terms of context, input and product (moral identity development: 4C for C, development for health and culture and strengthening network were consistent opinion among students and teachers and staff at the highest level. Most student opinions on the process and the product of project (developing the identity of graduates in health services with a human heart) had the highest level of appropriate project while the majority of teachers and staff have appropriate project at a high level. The results of comparing opinions regarding the suitability of the process and product of the project (developing a health service identity with a human heart and the development of the moral identity of graduates of the Praboromarajchanok Institute) revealed that students had a significantly higher mean opinion score on appropriate project than teachers and staff at the 0.04, 0.05, and 0.03 levels, respectively.
