Situation of the Phitsanulok Tambon Health Promoting Hospital after enchance to the Tambon Health Promoting Hospital Policy

Abstract

This descriptive research aimed to study situation of the Phitsanulok Tambon Health Promoting Hospital after enchance to the Tambon Health Promoting Hospital policy. The data collecting mixed methodologys were quantitative research and qualitative research. Sampling 145 director of Tambon Health Promoting Hospital.The data were analyzed to mean and standard deviation. The qualitative data was collectted by indept interview,focus group and parcipatory observations and was analyzed using content analysis approach. Taget group was recruited using purposive were director of Tambon Health Promoting Hospital, director of Hospital or the head of Health District or the responsible for primary care.

The results of qualitative research showed the sample agree with high mean about many theme that screened chronic disease at community,satisfied location update/landscape of the Tambon Health Promoting Hospital,improved database service, satisfied to get the meddical equipment and equipment to need and quality equipment, to get budget to location update/landscape of the Tambon Health Promoting Hospital, used concept of family medicine, serviced of treatment nursing, over view of the Tambon Health Promoting Hospital policy, agreed with the single and network Tambon Health Promoting Hospital format, the work was proactive, management network Tambon Health Promoting Hospital accroding to set policy, had the board of Tambon Health Promoting Hospital and home visit service more and more and coverage target.

The results of quantitative research showed the Tambon Health Promoting Hospital policy accord to develop primary care.
