The overall conditions are decadent; The public utility system are in adverse conditions that mayharm a person or bureau’s properties; Consequently, it needed to be repair and improve the utilities, the electrical systems, the plumbing systems, the air conditioning systems, the elevator system and the roof structure.In considering of all chief executives of Ministry of Public Health, The most important principle is about the safety for all employees, thus, therefore allocated the budget (investment budget) inthe renovation of the building-the Office of the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Public Health-In the amount of 10,000,000 baht (ten million baht only). The implementation of this contract must be implemented regarding to Public Procurement and Supplies Administration ACT ,B.E.2560 (2017) and regulation of the Ministry of Finance on Public Procurement and Supplies Administration B.E.2560 (A.D.2017) with the electronic bidding method

As a chief officer and the committee on quality checking of this project for good construction work. There will be a control and monitor over the implementation and the results with prudence and accuracy according to the regulations. In order to achieve the objective of hiring, renovating the building (the Office of the Permanent Secretary of Public Health) to be in normal working condition, to ensure the safety of daily life and giving a good impression to all the employees and all the visitors who come into the Office of the Permanent Secretary of Public Health.
