The research, Child Nutrition Growth and Development in Phimai District, Nakhon Ratchasima Province. Is action research to study the operation of the Child Nutrition Growth and Success factor to use a guideline for providing health promotion services before, during and after pregnancy Of Phimai Hospital and sub-district health promotion hospital. The select specific sampling of 200 persons are pregnant women 176 persons and 24 persons are professional nurses. The research tools Is an interview form the collecting data before and after operation the research procedure quality management Deming cycle of P: Plan, activity planning D: Do, the implementation of the plan C: Check, Controlling Monitoring A: Action, performance indicators. Perform quantitative data analysis by using descriptive analysis software package, frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation and content analysis by descriptive lecture.
The results showed that after the Child Nutrition Growth and Development is different from before the potential development with statistical significance P-value = 0.05. The guidelines are: (1) Guidelines for health care for women who want to have children (2) Guidelines for Maternal and Child Health Accreditation (3) Success factors, Child Nutrition Growth and Development (4) Guidelines for managing quality of operations and (5) Knowledge set for the Child Nutrition Growth and Development. Suggestions practice: the nursing of maternal and child health worker apply development guidelines and knowledge sets as appropriate and should have consultants to support the operation by doctors, pharmacists and multidisciplinary. Proposal to the policy: Should have the knowledge set for the Child Nutrition Growth and Development and develop knowledge and understanding for personnel to carry out health promotion work for women who want to have children by the guidelines for Maternal and Child Health Accreditation, In order to be able to efficiently provide maternal and child health services.
