The COVID-19 Prevention and Control Strategies Of Directors Sub-District Health Promotion Hospital in Nakhon Ratchasima Province.

กลยุทธ์การป้องกันและควบคุมโรคโควิด-19,ผู้อำนวยการโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบลThis research Is intended to study basic information for creating a COVID-19 prevention and control strategy,To develop strategies for the prevention and control of COVID-19 and To assess COVID - 19 prevention and control strategies of the directors of sub-district Health Promoting Hospital in Nakhon Ratchasima Province. It is a multiphase mixed method . The respondents were 25 experts, and the sample was Director of sub-district Health Promoting Hospital in Nakhon Ratchasima Province, 186 people. Determine the size using Krejcie and Morgan's table. Obtained at random by drawing lots. The tools used were interviews, recorded group discussions. And a questionnaire with a 5-level approximation scale. Analyze qualitative data with content analysis. Analyze quantitative data by analyzing mean and standard deviation. The results of the research were as follows : There are five basic information for creating a strategy: 4 external factors (PEST), four internal factors (4M), organization of systems and mechanisms to support disease prevention and control, 5 components, and six elements of disease prevention and control guidelines. Guidelines for the control of communicable diseases, consisting of 3 components.The strategy's Name 19-DIVOC STOP COVID-19, consists of vision, four mission, 11 goal, 5 strategies, 19 measures, and 19 indicators of success.The results of the strategy evaluation were found to be at a high level, both overall and individually.
