Motivation Factors and Hygiene Factors Affecting the Decision to Join the Cooperation Network for Improving the Quality of Hospitals.

Abstract

The pupose of this research were to study (1) the level of support factors, hygiene factors, and level of decision making process in participating in the cooperation network for Improving the Quality of Hospitals (2) the influence of the supporting factors, hygiene factors that affect the decision to join the cooperation network for improving the quality of hospitals. The population were a group of public health personnel applying for the program in the year 2019, a total of 640 people, a sample of 246 people. Use questionnaires as tools for data collection. There were 231 respondents. Statistics used for data analysis were mean, standard deviation and multiple regression analysis. The results found that (1) the level of motivation, support and the level of decision making process were at a high level. (2) The motivating factor was job success factor job description responsibility and the work progress affect the decision to join the cooperation network for improving the quality of hospitals. For hygiene factors were policy management, relationship management with peers, and benefits affect the decision to join the cooperation network for improving the quality of hospitals. Therefore, inviting public health personnel to participate in quality development activities should take into account the challenges work. Have clear goals for the achievement of the job, encourage accountability, career advancement and coordinate with relevant departments to establish a clear quality development policy. Organize a process to foster relationships with peers and the benefits and value of the job assignment.
