The Results of Integrated Educational Management Using a Virtual Family System on the Persistence of Identity, Service Mind, with the Heart, Humanity of Graduated Nurse

Abstract

The effect of integrated educational management using virtual family system on the persistence of identity, service mind with humanity of nursing graduated. This research was collected qualitative data by focus group discussions and in-dept interviews. Duration of study July 2021 – September 2021. The participant were 10 graduates who graduated in 2019, 10 persons in 2020, 10 supervisors and colleagues of nursing graduates and 10 service recipients. This research was focus on the integrated teaching and learning by using the virtual family system as if to make the graduates durable of the identity, service mind with humanize health care.

Results of this study revealed the durable of the identity outcomes such as, service mind with humanized care. Availability and good service features. The ability to adapt to life and work. have the characteristics of being a good citizen, self-responsibility be creative Volunteer and sacrifice. Respect human dignity and have genuine service behavior.
