Effectiveness of Health Establishment Standards Udon Thani Province

Abstract

This study is quantitative research. The objectives are: (1) to study the situation of health establishment standards; (2) to develop health establishment standards; (3) to study the effectiveness of standardization of health establishments. The population in this study is health establishments in Udon Thani Province, 108 sites, 85 samples, using Taro Yamane to calculate the sample size using the sampling method. Research tools are health establishments assessment record form. The descriptive statistics were analyzed by frequency and percentage. And the inferential statistics were analyzed by Wilcoxon Signed Ranks test.

The results showed that (1) 5 places of health establishments in Udon Thani Province passed the standards (5.88%) (2) 78 places that conducted development of health establishments passed the standards (91.76%) (3) Effectiveness level of health establishment standards Udon Thani Province is 91.76% and after the development of LINE application system, the number of health establishments  that passed the standard increased with a statistically significant level of 0.05
