Strategic Development for 30 Baht to Treat Disease Anywhere with a Single Individual Card in Nakhon Ratchasima Province

Abstract

This research and development. The objectives were to (1) study the current situation. The sample group included 29 executives in Nakhon Ratchasima province. There are 38 medical and public health personnel working at each level and 92 stakeholders. Research instruments include document analysis, in-depth interviews, focus groups, brainstorming sessions, and various assessment forms. Quantitative data were analyzed with descriptive statistics such as frequency, percentage, and mean. For qualitative data, the data were analyzed by classifying and grouping the data.

Obstacles such as verifying people's identities have not yet reached the goal, linking health data among service units at all levels, Develop Smart Hospital, etc. Important factors that affect operational success, such as efficient management, Integrated collaboration across all systems that are convenient, Comprehensive public relations communications, Develop the quality service unite at all levels, etc. (2) Development of strategic proposals Follow the SWOT, SPIDER CHART, TOWS  MATRIX process to select and define (draft) development strategies. It consists of a vision, mission, and goals with the aim of providing people with convenient and fast services using the digital health technology system, which has 7 strategies, 24 operational measures, and 16 indicators for control, supervision, and evaluation.(3) Evaluation of the correctness of the strategy: The overall picture is at a high level ( = 4.36, S.D= 0.66), In terms of suitability, the overall picture is at a high level ( = 4.26, S.D= 0.67. In terms of feasibility, overall it was at a high level ( = 4.21, S.D= 0.68), and performance evaluation in 10 indicators increased continuously. Suggestions : A manual, guidelines, or measures for operations should be prepared.
