บทคัดย่อ
พยาบาลได้รับการยอมรับว่าเป็นบุคลากรสุขภาพที่มีความสำคัญอย่างยิ่งในการควบคุมโรคความดันโลหิตสูงที่ดีขึ้น บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อแสดงให้เห็นถึงบทบาทของพยาบาลในการพยาบาลแบบเป็นทีม เพื่อจัดการโรคความดันโลหิตสูงในผู้สูงอายุ ประกอบด้วย 1) บทบาทการค้นหา การส่งต่อ และการติดตามผู้ป่วย 2) บทบาทการวินิจฉัยโรคและการจัดการด้านยา 3) บทบาทการให้ความรู้ การให้คำปรึกษา และการสร้างทักษะให้แก่ผู้ป่วย 4) บทบาทการประสานการดูแล 5) บทบาทการจัดการทางคลินิก และ 6) บทบาทการวัดผลการปฏิบัติงานและการพัฒนาคุณภาพ ซึ่งบทบาทของพยาบาลในการจัดการโรคความดันโลหิตสูงแบบเป็นทีมช่วยให้เกิดผลลัพธ์ที่ดีขึ้นกับผู้สูงอายุและพัฒนาคุณภาพการพยาบาล
