ผลของโปรแกรมการสอนต่อความรู้และพฤติกรรมการป้องกันการติดเชื้อของผู้ดูแลเด็กมะเร็งเม็ดเลือดขาววัยก่อนเรียน

บทคัดย่อ
วัตถุประสงค์: เพื่อศึกษาผลของโปรแกรมการสอนต่อความรู้และพฤติกรรมการป้องกันการติดเชื้อของผู้ดูแลเด็กโรคมะเร็งเม็ดเลือดขาววัยก่อนเรียน
รูปแบบการวิจัย: การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยแบบกึ่งทดลอง
วิธีดำเนินการวิจัย: กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นผู้ดูแลเด็กโรคมะเร็งเม็ดเลือดขาววัยก่อนเรียนที่ได้รับยาเคมีบำบัดและเข้ารับการรักษาที่โรงพยาบาลระดับตติยภูมิของรัฐ จำนวน 4 แห่ง แบ่งเป็น 2 กลุ่ม ได้แก่ กลุ่มทดลองได้รับโปรแกรมการสอนการป้องกันการติดเชื้อ จำนวน 16 ราย โดยโปรแกรมการสอนประยุกต์ใช้ทฤษฎีการเรียนรู้ของ Gagné, Briggs และ Wager ส่วนกลุ่มควบคุมได้รับการพยาบาลตามปกติจำนวน 16 ราย เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามความรู้และพฤติกรรมการป้องกันการติดเชื้อของผู้ดูแลเด็กโรคมะเร็งเม็ดเลือดขาววัยก่อนเรียน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติพรรณนาและการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนร่วม
ผลการวิจัย: ผู้ดูแลกลุ่มทดลองที่ได้รับโปรแกรมการสอนเรื่องการป้องกันการติดเชื้อของผู้ดูแลสำหรับเด็กวัยก่อนเรียนโรคมะเร็งเม็ดเลือดขาว มีความรู้ในการป้องกันการติดเชื้อแก่เด็กโรคมะเร็งเม็ดเลือดขาววัยก่อนเรียนสูงกว่าผู้ดูแลกลุ่มควบคุม อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (F = 71.29, p < .05) และมีคะแนนพฤติกรรมในการป้องกันการติดเชื้อสูงกว่ากลุ่มควบคุมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (F = 37.31, p < .05)
สรุปและข้อเสนอแนะ: โปรแกรมการสอนนี้ มีประสิทธิภาพในการส่งเสริมความรู้และพฤติกรรมในการป้องกันการติดเชื้อแก่ผู้ดูแลเด็กโรคมะเร็งเม็ดเลือดขาววัยก่อนเรียนให้ดีขึ้น จึงควรส่งเสริมให้มีการนำโปรแกรมนี้ไปใช้ในการปฏิบัติพยาบาล เพื่อให้เด็กโรคมะเร็งเม็ดเลือดขาววัยก่อนเรียนได้รับการดูแลในการป้องกันการติดเชื้อที่ถูกต้องเหมาะสม และปลอดภัยจากการติดเชื้อเมื่อกลับไปอยู่บ้าน
