ปัจจัยทำนายพฤติกรรมการจัดการตนเองของวัยรุ่นโรคเบาหวานชนิดที่ 1

บทคัดย่อ
วัตถุประสงค์: เพื่อศึกษาอำนาจทำนายของความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพ แรงจูงใจภายใน อาการซึมเศร้า ต่อพฤติกรรมการจัดการตนเองของวัยรุ่นโรคเบาหวานชนิดที่ 1
รูปแบบการวิจัย: การศึกษาความสัมพันธ์เชิงทำนาย
วิธีดำเนินการวิจัย: กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นวัยรุ่นโรคเบาหวานชนิดที่ 1 อายุระหว่าง 13-18 ปี จำนวน 113 ราย ที่มารับการรักษาคลินิกโรคเบาหวานเด็กและวัยรุ่น โรงพยาบาลระดับตติยภูมิ 3 แห่ง การเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นแบบสะดวก เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล แบบสอบถามการจัดการตนเองของวัยรุ่นโรคเบาหวานชนิดที่ 1 แบบสอบถามความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพของวัยรุ่นโรคเบาหวานชนิดที่ 1 แบบสอบถามแรงจูงใจภายในในการจัดการโรคเบาหวาน และแบบประเมินภาวะซึมเศร้าในเด็ก การวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณ
ผลการวิจัย: ความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพ แรงจูงใจภายใน และอาการซึมเศร้าสามารถร่วมกันทำนายพฤติกรรมการจัดการตนเองของวัยรุ่นโรคเบาหวานชนิดที่ 1 ทั้งห้าด้าน ได้ตั้งแต่ร้อยละ 13 ถึงร้อยละ 48 ความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพสามารถทำนายพฤติกรรมการจัดการตนเองได้ทั้งห้าด้าน ในขณะที่แรงจูงใจภายในสามารถทำนายพฤติกรรมการจัดการตนเองได้เพียงสามด้าน และที่น่าสนใจคือความซึมเศร้าไม่สามารถทำนายพฤติกรรมการจัดการตนเอง
สรุปและข้อเสนอแนะ: ความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพ และแรงจูงใจภายในสามารถทำนายพฤติกรรมการจัดการตนเองของวัยรุ่นโรคเบาหวานชนิดที่ 1 ได้ ดังนั้น ทีมสหสาขาวิชาชีพควรพัฒนาโปรแกรมส่งเสริมความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพ และแรงจูงใจภายในให้วัยรุ่นโรคเบาหวานชนิดที่ 1 เพื่อให้วัยรุ่นมีพฤติกรรมการจัดการตนเองที่เหมาะสมยิ่งขึ้น
