บทคัดย่อ
วัตถุประสงค์: เพื่อศึกษาอำนาจการทำนายของอายุ จำนวนครั้งของการคลอด การบริโภคอาหาร กิจกรรมทางกาย การติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 และภาวะซึมเศร้าต่อน้ำหนักที่เพิ่มขึ้นขณะตั้งครรภ์ในสตรีตั้งครรภ์ภาวะน้ำหนักเกินและอ้วน
รูปแบบการวิจัย: การศึกษาความสัมพันธ์เชิงทำนาย
วิธีดำเนินการวิจัย: กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นสตรีตั้งครรภ์ภาวะน้ำหนักเกินและอ้วนจำนวน 138 ราย ที่มาฝากครรภ์โรงพยาบาลแห่งหนึ่งในจังหวัดชลบุรี เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล แบบบันทึกข้อมูลการตั้งครรภ์และการคลอด แบบสอบถาม Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale ฉบับภาษาไทย แบบวัดพฤติกรรมการรับประทานอาหาร และแบบสอบถามกิจกรรมทางกายสำหรับหญิงตั้งครรภ์และหญิงให้นมบุตรตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา การทดสอบไคสแควร์ การทดสอบฟิชเชอร์ และการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยโลจิสติกเชิงพหุ
ผลการวิจัย: อายุ จำนวนครั้งของการคลอด การบริโภคอาหาร กิจกรรมทางกาย การติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 และภาวะซึมเศร้าสามารถร่วมกันทำนายน้ำหนักที่เพิ่มขึ้นขณะตั้งครรภ์ในสตรีตั้งครรภ์ภาวะน้ำหนักเกินและอ้วนได้ร้อยละ 27 (R2 = .27) และมีความแม่นยำในการทำนายได้ถูกต้องร้อยละ 75.4 (Overall Percentage = 75.4) โดยกิจกรรมทางกายเป็นปัจจัยที่ทำนายน้ำหนักที่เพิ่มขึ้นขณะตั้งครรภ์ในสตรีตั้งครรภ์ภาวะน้ำหนักเกินและอ้วนได้มากที่สุด (OR = 5.08, 95%CI [1.56, 16.52]) รองลงมาคือ การบริโภคอาหาร (OR = 3.05, 95%CI [1.26, 7.38]) และอายุ (OR = 2.69, 95%CI [1.08, 6.70]) ตามลำดับ
สรุปและข้อเสนอแนะ: อายุ การบริโภคอาหาร และกิจกรรมทางกาย มีผลต่อน้ำหนักที่เพิ่มขึ้นขณะตั้งครรภ์ในสตรีตั้งครรภ์ภาวะน้ำหนักเกินและอ้วน ดังนั้น พยาบาลผดุงครรภ์ควรประเมินปัจจัยเสี่ยงดังกล่าวและพัฒนาแนวทางการพยาบาลรวมทั้งการให้ความรู้เรื่องบริโภคอาหารร่วมกับกิจกรรมทางกายเพื่อป้องกันน้ำหนักที่เพิ่มขึ้นขณะตั้งครรภ์เกินเกณฑ์ในสตรีตั้งครรภ์ภาวะน้ำหนักเกินและอ้วน
